Well... I ordered the petite pants hoping they’d fit better, but they were still too long and felt baggy on me. The return process was easy, which I appreciated, but the sizing definitely seems a bit off

"Easy to shop for different sizes"
I really like that J.Jill carries petite, tall, plus, and misses sizes. It makes shopping way easier for both me and my mom, instead of having to look all over the place. it’s so much better than... well, you know. My only complaint is that some sizes seem to sell out fast.

The box showed up crushed and messy, well, not just messy, more like it had been tossed around a bit. Thankfully the item inside was okay, but the packaging definitely didn’t look great when it arrived.

"Smooth Shopping… With One Tiny Plot Twist"
I shop on jjill once in a while, it’s usually a easy experience. Finding what I’m looking for doesn’t feel like some epic treasure hunt—the menus actually make sense, and the sizing info is really helpful. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. The only reason I’m not giving it the full 5 stars is that some pages take their sweet dramatic time loading, especially when there are a lot of pictures. Not a disaster, but definitely a little suspenseful. Other than that, no real complaints.

"Color Was Way Off"
I ordered a sweater from jjill after a friend recommended I check them out, and I really thought the color online looked like a soft, blue. When it arrived, though, it was more of a dull gray-green and not close to the photo at all. I know colors can look a little different depending on the screen, but this felt way beyond that. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d trust their colors again.

"Not What I Expected"
I ordered a top from jjill.com because it was described as soft cotton with a relaxed fit, but what arrived was disappointing. The fabric felt thin and kind of scratchy, and the sizing was way off. The color was also way darker than it looked in the photos, not even close. I know colors can vary a bit online, but this was ridiculous and felt really misleading. I definitely wouldn’t have bought it if the description had been more honest.

"Comfort is alright, but am I missing something?"
These are comfortable enough overall, but am I missing something with the seams? A few of them felt kind of weird against my skin, which made it hard to fully relax in them. Not terrible, just not as smooth or comfortable as I expected.

"Easy to wash and still looks good!"
I’ve ordered a few tops and pants from jjill, and honestly... I’ve been really happy with how well they wash. I usually just do cold water and hang dry most of them, and they come out looking pretty much the same! No weird shrinking, twisting, or anything like that so far. The colors have stayed nice too, which is a big plus for me, I don’t want clothes that need a bunch of special care all the time.

"Comfy tops and a good buy overall"
I ordered a couple of tops and was happy when they arrived. The fabric felt soft, and the quality seemed decent for the price. One of the shirts was a little thinner than I was expecting, but it was still comfortable to wear and held up fine after washing. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would probably order from here again.

Why are their clothes sometimes smaller at their store, than ordered online?

Two cardigans i bought 2 months ago at j.jill are already pilling. is there a return policy for clothes that fall apart quickly?
