What happened: Bought two pairs of boyfriends jeans, washed them and the left leg seam twists, so annoying and uncomfortable.
What happened: I thought j.Jill didn’t accept my dads credit card as a gift but he said there was a charge. Can you help?
What happened: Hello, I’d like to EXCHANGE * items bought for my sister’s Birthday Gift. She just detests the pattern of one pair & the other pair is unflattering (fit). Both have original tags & I have receipt. Proactively purchased in early Feb for early April Birthday, then our mother suffered a stroke, in hospital for a week, and then we had to take time off work to arrange her move from my home to a nursing home due to stroke, needs more care. By the time my sister got around to telling me that neither gift items were useable, I’d like to EXCHANGE them (in-store or via mail) but worried that too much time has elapsed since purchase Feb *, ****. Life Happens, however, thus I’d like to appeal to J. Jill to permit us to EXCHANGE these perfectly good pants. My sister and I, plus all of our friends, shop almost exclusively at J. Jill (and otherwise Talbots, Black House*White Market, Ann Taylor)…but JJ is ** and we are very loyal customers. Even our daughters (* in all) in their **s are adopting J. Jill for their clothing, prob b*c we usually buy them clothing from J. Jill as gifts for most occasions. J.Jill has a somewhat strict Return Policy, even for those with original tags & receipts, which I didn’t realize, since RARELY return items, and love most of what is available…so this is a rare instance in which I’d like to exchange the two pairs of pants for alternatives that my sister would actually love and wear. Returning to onsite work since COVID restrictions, our mother’s dire medical condition & resultant move to a nursing home has impeded my ability to return*exchange these items w*in the acceptable timeframe, so I am writing in hopes that I might still be able to exchange the * pants, in-store or via email, for alternative items. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
What happened: I just purchased a scarf two weeks ago and it’s now on sale. I would like a refund of the difference
What happened: My dad bought me the most beautiful sweater for Christmas, but it is a size too big. I ripped off the tag before trying on. I would like to exchange for a smaller size.
